Welcome to your journey discovering the best version of yourself!

 

Katalin is here to guide you to a place where you can truly relax and become stronger at the same time. She will teach you how to connect movement with your breath, bringing stillness and peace into your life. After practicing yoga for 10 years, Katalin felt an inner calling to share this wonderful way of living with others.

 

Katalin’s journey began as a national-level discus thrower, but she sought an activity to express herself and connect movement with breath. After suffering from various injuries, back pain, anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma, she realized the need to nurture her body while keeping it strong and flexible. Several surgeries only underscored her need for a holistic approach to wellness. This led her to discover yoga, an incredible form of exercise with multiple physical and mental health benefits. Through her travels, she was introduced to meditation and mindfulness by amazing teachers.

 

Yoga, meditation, and breath work have helped Katalin overcome these challenges, making her stronger and healthier than she has ever been. Yoga is not just about the positions but what the practice brings to your life and the lessons learned along the way. It takes you to the present moment, the only place where life exists. It’s not about your past but your presence on the mat that matters. Let's embark on this transformative journey together!

Katalin’s yoga classes came along at the perfect time. They got me back into yoga after 2yrs off formal classes after having a baby and offered some much needed ‘me time’. A rejuvenating class full of movements to challenge my body, humour to lighten the mood and spiritual connection to truly soothe the soul. Katalin brings a balance to each resulting in members of her class becoming more than people who ‘yoga together’ helping each other through these crazy lockdown times.

 

Katalin caters for all ages and abilities and will adjust the movements based on her feel for what is right at the time. Her natural caring manner and knowledge of yoga create a lovely class whether online or in person. “
